I have this too. I think LocalIAPStore may conflict with any other IAPCrackers so try uninstalling them. Also, I noticed that when the game crashes and you click the Cancel button ASAP, the gems get purchased. The 100 gems package only for me though.

I didn't do anything though.

Have you tried rebooting your iDevice after installation? Maybe iAPCrazy & LocalIAPStore conflict with each other?
