Once you've initiated the decryption, then your place in queue is reserved. So if you initiated at 7 days, then 7 days is when it should hopefully decrypt, not at 11 days.

Use Sileo for now if you can to install downloaded .deb files. Filza may need updating for rootless but Sileo should work.
