You probably have previously installed leeched content.

Get a Jailbroken device and use AppAdmin but make sure you use it on your Apple ID. Then sync the IPA using iTunes to your PC and install it on your non-jailbroken device.

Depends on how they banned you. They probably banned your account, and not your device.

You should use iFile's search system and search for "iKeyMonitor". And hopefully you will find them.

This looks like a tweak which modifies system files? I don't think you can install this on Non-Jailbroken iOS Devices.
