Not sure, but latest Jailbreaking tools require that you unlock your device so the jailbreak proceeds.

You would need Apple File Conduit "2" installed also. So iFunBox/iTools can access those sections.

Edit Keychains and disable your passcode or install a tweak which removes the passcode.
