I just read the FAQ section on this. it looks like they have to email this to you. so you just have to wait for them to get around to it. no sense in asking anymore. Whatever they have to do, itll take them time. we just have to wait.

let me clarify, they email a new link for the app+ download, the FAQ seems to insinuate that you cannot use the old like they sent you to download the APP+. We just have to wait for @DADi
