If you have no income at all, I can understand, and I am willing to give VIP membership, but you already have a lot of ads, and the income is enough. Why do you start with a free app and then charge for the new version? You are disappointing your customers.

ViP has nothing to do with the revoke, you can download VIP IPA and install with Sideloadly.
