Previous versions never took so long.

I got stuck at 20% myself. I restored then re-ran the Jailbreak tool and it succeeded.

This 100% working? Seems to be a couple of contradicting posts.

With older models of computers with video cards downgrade iTunes to 12.1 for 8.3 iOS jailbreak to work if your stuck at 20%(or device will just restart a couple of times then say jailbreak failed) if your not using an official charger it will take a it longer to jailbreak but it will do it(which sticks at 20% then 30% Then 40% then around 5-8 mins after it will successfully jailbreak(FINALLY lol) hope this helps
