You might need to restore and try again.

Yes, Cydia Substrate and PreferenceLoader do not seem to support it.

somehow i put the phone in dfu mode and managed to turn on the phone without restore:)

any news about when Cydia Substrate will be working on ios 8.3?

any news about when Cydia Substrate will be working on ios 8.3?

Pretty soon. It would have been updated by now but TaiG just releases the Jailbreak whenever they please. Hopefully nothing will be patched in 8.4.
