I heard that people says that you should deselect the 3K Assistant 2.3.0

It's nothing. Just like 25pp or something. You can uninstall it from Cydia if you installed it via the Jailbreak tool.

You might need to restore and try again.

Yes, Cydia Substrate and PreferenceLoader do not seem to support it.
