I would greatly appreciate this.  Even without a paid dev account, the limitations would be the same as cydia impactor while being far less inconvenient.

You would, but others would not like it so much. Having to pay for ViP and an Apple Developer Account gets quite pricey which is why we're trying to minimise those costs for our members.
