General Add rewards under userinfo pane?

Should there be user rewards for members? They'll appear under the useinfo pane and profile and a reward will be given when someone reaches a milestone of posts, topics and or likes.

I have an example right here.

For example.
The one's you saw, I made those as a scratch.

I'll name the badges..

1. Kickass
2. Like a Boss
3. FIre Starter
Etc.. Will add more badges.

If you're asking me how to get it, you get kickass if you pm administrators.
Like a Boss reward, you can earn it by getting 300 thanks.
Fire Starter - unknown

 

Edit- Create a page where people can see how to obtain the badge/award.
