General Should I JB my iPhone again?

Hmm... it depends on the phone too because if it’s lower version of phone like iPhone 5 - iPhone 6, I wouldn’t recommend it as the phone won’t be able to hold the JB for long and there will be many problems for your phone but it’s up to you
