Wait for the age to be released officially. People have been reporting their Medals being reset after updating in a non-normal way.

Hahaha LOL i don't think because they use things in industrial age i have been reseted medals nearly 2 days now and i haven't cheat into industrial, just use crown hacks, but still be reseted medals I also got kicked out of alliance and now can not join any alliance

You don't want to cheat your way into the Industrial Age. I have it on my second account and they reset my medals. It's happened to a few others too.

 

Not only that. But once they reset your medals, you get kicked from any Alliance that you're in and you can't join any other Alliance. It'll tell you that you're still in the Alliance but you aren't.

 

Also, it was reported by someone here that once they climbed back after their medals were reset, they weren't able to get placed in the proper league.

 

Now, while it might simply be bugs, it might also be a form of the company taking action on the people cheating their way into the Industrial Age.
