what is  the main different between NA version vs international version, i havent seen the international version on iosgod.app got update to 4.68.0 yet

When I go into The Store—>Currency—>Exchange Token for Donuts. The amount goes up but if I go to the friends screen and than back to my town the amount returns to the previous number.
