For all those people complaining about that their IP is not showing only port is showing is that their IPs are banned from PUBG server. So first install VPN in windows than open pub.cer for ipchange. It will work. Or just turn off the modem and wait for 1-2 minutes than ON it. It will work.

 I have installed the certificate to my iPhone but I cannot find anything about the proxy information.  I am not banned in the game, I can login and play right now.  I can open the certificate on my computer and see one IP address but not the server or port info information that the CONFIGURE PROXY is asking for.
