Help/Support iPhone 6S Plus - 9.3.3 Jailbroken - Stuck Activation

My iPhone 6s+ has been jailbroken for years staying on 9.3.3 via Pangu I believe. It's been fine all this time until it randomly rebooted by itself overnight last night and now I'm greeted with the Apple activation setup like when you first restore/set up a new phone.

 

Since iOS 9 isn't signed anymore I can't activate the phone on both cell and wifi networks, it just says ACTIVATION ERROR. Is there still any way to bypass this? Assuming the device is still jailbroken, I don't see how it could have restarted and reset itself overnight without me doing so. I'd hate to have to lose everything on the phone and be forced to update to iOS 12 on this.

Try using iMazing and use “close setup.app”
