General Leaving iPhone/iPad/iPod Charging all night?

I don't know if it might weaken your battery, but I have an iPad and its 2 yrs old, I always use it everyday and when the time that my iPad needs to be charged I leave it all night. I don't see any cause of damage on my battery.

the app called Battery Doc tell you your battery capacity compared to new battery

but im not sure how accurate it is

A friend of mine he's good at phone n stuff said never let it reach under 10% and never let it reach 100% unless you just bought it a new battery !
