With both versions if I try and load my save the games won’t load and quits, it will only work if I start from scratch, any chance you can look into this thanks

 I’ve downloaded both versions and it stuck on “in his country he’s a cardiologist” and I can’t see settings and click anything  hope you can fix the issue
