Help/Support Cant download on iosdll

Hello i got à big problem!

i cant download any file on iosdll, when i click on download now another page open and i see à white square thats all when i refresh it do nothing !

i ve changed browser 3 times, always the same thing,

i cleared xache and history, same thing 

help me somebody please

are you jailbroken? do you have filza?

Yes im jailbroken and i got filza i already did it with a pc 

The download dont launch

how large is the file? usually you have to wait a bit for it to download, then there  is an option to show/open in filza

Friend near me with his iphone ,

he click on download now the file appears on new page and he click on the file then the download start 

i do exactly same thing 

click download now  , new page, then white square ! I wait... then nothing the file dont appears

try getting safari plus and re-attempting the download

if you cant do that can you send a scrshot or a quick video of it?

I i already have safari plus
