you have to change the value when you restart the game every time.

click on DGL and open the editor

click on Ulong and select it,

serach for 7947002217568101714

 change the 7th result to 7947002215699440192

click OK.

 but the second code has a clue that we can find the value by the combination 64bit in long of [i32]137+ [f32]1.3 (change this combination to long format 64bit)
and change to [i32]137+[f32]-1 (in long format).. i dont try this yet... may be you or anyone would like to try  

Update: it should be not working because both values are not close address... sorry ..hiks

In the cheat engine the values must be changed at every moment, this trick does not work ... unless they are willing to waste time changing the value one by one. That is not good because while you change the codes one by one, the enemy is attacking you ... there are cheats that come with more than 350 values and it is impossible to change them all ... the easiest way I found was to change several values and update. but even so, there are many values and the risk is much.
