Guy try this , it worked for me on iPhone X 11.4 

1.) download the lasted version of itunes

2.) download the lasted version of cydia ( from the official website)

3.) Create a new Apple ID 

4.) Download the IPA file from the topic via mega upload

5.) when the IPa file is download open cydia and drag the IPa to cydia, it will ask for the Apple ID, input the New ID you created 

6.) wait until it says comeplete 

7.) once you see the app on your phone, go to general setting, device management, click on your email from the Apple ID you created and click on TRUST,

8.) open app and enjoy
