how can i make a new account with the game center account?

You need to create a new email ID for a new Game Center/iTunes account. After you have created one log off from your Game Center and login using the new ID. Delete the app and then reinstall the app again. This time it will load a fresh new game account. Basically from scratch. 

Dont craft items which are not officially released in the game yet. Good luck.
