Is there any tweak or hack for fb messenger that have the shortcut or easy access for chat like the old fb chat?

It is like the old fb chat that you can easily access while playing games by tapping the chat/picture icons.

When you play games and someone type to you something there will appear a notification to click on it and enter the chat... Right??

Yup!

I think there was a tweak for this which allowed the use of the Chat Heads system wide but I don't know if it still works with iOS 8 and I can't remember the name.

When you play games and someone type to you something there will appear a notification to click on it and enter the chat... Right??

Yup! It's like a rounded circle icon appeared on screen.

Another alternative to that is "AppHeads" but that is for all opened apps including Messenger.
