Blueprints

How can i activate the blueprint? The Hack is on but i can do nothing. Have no Blueprints

Are you talking about the weapon blueprints or the blueprints to craft items?

So far I've found that easiest way to get blueprints is recycle a weapon til you get the item for random bblueprint and just duplicate that item. You can also duplicate or give blueprints at bunker and get the random blueprint thing and do same thing.
