On the current new event (Tidus level break) Locke will not instant attack or hit for 9999. All other characters in my party work properly.

 

Not sure what this means or how it works. Just wanted to make people aware.

I know it was slightly bugged on the heroic exp dungeon, I almost died by a 2k+ wind gale looking hit from the wyvern. However, I was still hitting for 9999.
