Help/Support Game Crash

Yo guys my game just crashed for crafting items that are not in the game yet, and I need your help on how to fix it

You basically doomed your account. I don’t think there is any way to recover an account which crafted a unreleased item. Kefir is very strict about this. 

You could probably contact kefir and plea for your account but I doubt they will give it back. ?

There's strict rules specifying to not create items that aren't in-game yet. If you didn't follow them then you probably deserve it.

Either way, go to Kefir! support, say you picked up an item that wasn't in-game yet from a raid. Assuming your account doesn't have over 100k coins and your base isn't all metal they might remove the broken item from your account.

?Wow what a bad luck for me, but thanks guys for letting me know. But just out of curiosity, when an update comes that finally puts the items that was not in the game, fix my account?

Technically I guess it should. But if I were you I wouldn’t wait for that long. Kefir is quite slow about rolling out new items. Dragnov or other unreleased items are a LONG way from coming to the game. I hope you stay tuned till then or can start a new game in the mean time.

Thanks a lot bro, and I already made a new Apple ID and started a new account has you said on hoping that an update comes soon and hopefully fix the issue
