Help/Support Error 500 while trying to purchase Vip 2 months!

I'm facing hard time trying to purchase the 2 months vip, for more than 5 hours each time I reach the checkout  step it shows (internal error 500)..

Its because that  credit card providers stopped the linking to paypal,,

 

i can only purchase the vip directly using the card

Till now no progress at all, still when reaching the checkout step  and just before the payment method step the screen will be loading then suddenly (500 Internal Error).

And for your kind information I've  tried in both smartphone & laptop.

all the same?
