Game freeze every time in bunker Alfa

Hey 

every Time when i try to Open The door to bunker Alfa The Game freeze 

i can use The Card to unlock The door and use The elevator to Travel in Underground 

but The door left to The rooms are using than The Game freeze After uninstall The hack its the same

 what can i do now?

pls help

 

 

so i deleted The App and The hack and installed The Game without hack but The Same Problem when i try to Open The door The Game freeze 

Hope anyone can help me 

 

and another thing i cant craft Things without The materials 

all other Things work without iap buy
