How do I get unlimited gems? It helps speed up quests and makes up for the resources I don’t have by using gems. 

Sometimes when I log on, I lose all my gems and have to physically wait for the characters to get the resources/finish quests

There is no unlimited, they patched it until I found new method. For now only Freeze work
