    When I try to install Sims FreePlay (the updated version) it says I don’t have VIP but I actually do. So I can’t install it.

      Clear safari history and cache then login again before open the app

      Or you can do that after login in game, after login you will see your profile banner at the top, tap on it and choose sign out & clear cache
