It says the game is being updated it’s 0% but it doesn’t move passed the 0 then says error occurred while updating.

Weird, tested on all my devices running 13.3.1 works completely fine  @DADi can you help me testing this out

it says : Update needed  :

 

there's a save file form a later version of the game stored on our servers. please update to save your current progress.

then the opening cutscene begins, triggering a loading screen, and there it gets stuck.
