2. Tap on 'download now'.

3. Tap on 'Allow'

4. Tap on 'Install' to install iOS 12 developer beta 1 on your iOS device

For Apple TV:

1. Head over to this link: https://iosddl.net/1b1985feb4e23119/tvOS_12_Beta_Profile.mobileconfig

2. Tap on 'download now'

3. Tap on 'Allow'

4. Tap on 'Install' to install iOS 12 developer beta 1 on your Apple TV device

If I install beta, Will I be able to go back to 11.3.1 if i have saved the shsh blobs?

Only if it's still being signed. If you're waiting for a Jailbreak, I'd suggest you stay put and don't risk anything.
