Issues with game center save game? And how to start over

So about two weeks ago, being a noob with this game and also the moded version. I crafted something that can stop the game from loading. So long story short I lost that game save and started from scratch and did some research and knowing what I can and can’t craft etc. Put about 57 hours into the new save and wanted to go to the vanilla version to purchase some things. When I went over I tried to restore from my cloud backup the game wouldn’t load so I assume the backup is the broken save, but I don’t know what happen to my new one that I started and didn’t mess up. I’m extremely frustrated with this whole process. And I don’t know where to start to fix this thing. I’m trying to deleted my Game Center data or iCloud save of the game so I can officially have the game save my new game saves. Idk I’m just lost and need some guidance.
