As a WiFi hacker, I think you meant cracker. It is possible but you need the right tools. I also wanted to do it and I saw a repo which contained a package named "aircrack" but I didn't know if it bootlooped so I didn't try. It's more complex than you think though, you need to learn how to use aircrack and a whole other stuff. Good luck!

99% of WI-FI networks these days use better security methods so any old methods for older security types won't work and its not easy to crack a Wi-Fi network these days.

Wifi hacking and mobiles doesn't go hand in hand. Mobiles are way too simple to perform those types of attacks. Even a dictionary attack would heat up an iphone so bad that it might catch fire. So no my friend! Not possible !
