Yeah it's banning on high lvl acc from 50+. 

I was playing really careful, always had 1 teammate without hack just do not to be caught. But one time i was not so careful and may be caught. I think this message goes to high lvl players who werereported by someone.

also on regular ver from appstore it has some in-app update. after this update the message aboout banning starts to appear.
