Usually means the .dylib isn't being injected. If you can, copy the HACKNAME.dylib & HACKNAME.plist from /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ and paste them into /Library/TweakInject folder.

I think I already tried that and it didn't work. I'm going to recheck now and confirm it.

Yeah I already have it I'm tweakinject still not working.

when you did this did it work for you? Like the tweaks in settings worked? 

No, this is mostly for iGMMs. Just thought that since you're not getting a popup either, the dylib might not be injecting. But it seems like Blazer just didn't add a popup perhaps.

No, that's a Patcher. iGMM stands for In-Game Mod Menu.
