Help/Support Electra : Tweaks not working in settings

Yeah so I'm trying to install .deb tweaks which are activated through settings but when I install them and turn them on they don't work... A tweak I'm trying to install for eg is this >--- 

 It installed perfectly but when I go to turn them on in settings it doesn't work.. same for other tweaks I've tried because I thought that this tweak was the issue. HALLPPP??

I think so... where's that located so I can see if I 100% have it.

Nah I don't see it there when I scroll to P I only see Profile Loader.

Install Preference Loader from Cydia in order to see settings tweaks

Dude I can see the tweaks in settings but when u turn them on they won't work.

Launch Cydia and ensure you have PreferenceLoader package installed. If PreferenceLoader is not present on your device, install version 2.2.4~alpha14 from Ryan Petrich’s repository (https://rpetri.ch/repo/).
