I found I Laptop (PC) which is on windows 10 and has 4GB of ram, I want a PC for hacking and modifying games on my iDevice.

Would 4GB of ram be enough for me?

With the PC I would be, Hacking using IDA downloading IPAs and others.

It would be working, but the speed to scan files in IDA will be extremely slow. You can try though.
