Odd situation, need help!

    So I have a bit of an odd situation. I started playing LDoE a few days ago. I have the 1.7.10 hacked IPA, signed with a dev cert. The hacked game loads fine (I have been manually backing up my save to be sure since I am not jailbroken) but when I try to use the official it refuses to sync. The only way I can play on my current save is to load the hacked IPA and manually load my game data. Then it works absolutely fine. I can load in and play and save. I just can not restore my data if I delete the game and sync.

     

    Edit:

    I've been able to find a mild workaround. It's def a PITA but it works:

    Installed the original (non modified) game.

    Installed modified IPA, signed with dev cert (as dupe).

    Used iMazing to backup game data (.imazingapp) -> restored game data (.imazingapp) -> changed to .zip and modified save files -> restored .imazingapp

    Launched original (non modified) game and reset skills, ran around, exited home (created save)

    Used iMazing backup and extract game data

    Used iExplorer to replace game data files on modified IPA installation

    Launched modified IPA installation -> logged into iOSgods to verify -> verified skill reset -> closed app

     

    So ultimately I have to do the following to be able to continue to play using both versions I have to use the modified IPA installation as my core play and when I want to switch to the original game I have to:

    Use iExplorer to extract game data

    Use iMazing to backup game data (.imazingapp) -> restore game data (.imazingapp) -> change to .zip and modify save files -> restore .imazingapp

    Launch original (non modified) game and do whatever necessary

    Use iMazing to backup and extract game data

    Use iExplorer to replace game data files on modified IPA installation

    Launch modified IPA installation -> continue to play game

     

     

    Edit #2:

    I think my problem may be that I have built items that I have not unlocked yet. I was able to reset my skills in the original (unmodified) version of the game and noticed that I have items that I shouldn't have because of the hack. I do not have any items that have yet to be released so that's not the issue. I will try to rush level as I can and report back if the leveling fixes my issues. Would be nice to have any/all input to the situation though.

        📖 PC Installation Instructions

        STEP 1: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer. To download from the iOSGods App, see our iOSGods App IPA Download Tutorial which includes a video example.
        STEP 2: Download Sideloadly and install it on your Windows or Mac.
        STEP 3: Open Sideloadly on your computer, connect your iOS device, and wait until your device name appears in Sideloadly.
        STEP 4: Once your iDevice is recognized, drag the modded .IPA file you downloaded and drop it into the Sideloadly application.
        STEP 5: Enter your Apple Account email, then press “Start.” You’ll then be asked to enter your password. Go ahead and provide the required information.
        STEP 6: Wait for Sideloadly to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA. If there are issues during installation, please read the note below.
        STEP 7: Once the installation is complete and you see the app on your Home Screen, you will need to go to Settings -> General -> Profiles / VPN & Device Management. Once there, tap on the email you entered from step 6, and then tap on 'Trust [email protected]'.

        📖 Android Installation Instructions

        STEP 1: Download the modded APK file from the link above using your preferred Android browser or download manager.
        STEP 2: Once the download is complete, open your file manager and locate the downloaded .apk file (usually in the Downloads folder).
        STEP 3: Tap the APK file, then select Install. If prompted, enable Install from Unknown Sources in your device settings.
        STEP 3A: If the mod includes an OBB file, extract it if it’s inside an archive. Then move the folder to: /Android/obb/
        STEP 3B: If the mod includes a DATA file, extract it if it’s archived. Then move the folder to: /Android/data/
        STEP 4: Once installed, open the game and toggle your desired cheats & features through the APK mod menu. Enjoy!

        PC Installation Instructions

        STEP 1: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer. To download from the iOSGods App, see this tutorial topic which includes a video example.
        STEP 3: Download Sideloadly and install it on your PC.
        STEP 4: Open Sideloadly on your computer, connect your iOS device, and wait until your device name appears in Sideloadly.
        STEP 5: Once your iDevice is recognized, drag the modded .IPA file you downloaded and drop it into the Sideloadly application.
        STEP 6: Enter your Apple Account email when prompted, then press “Start.” You’ll then be asked to enter your password. Go ahead and provide the required information.
        STEP 7: Wait for Sideloadly to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA. If there are issues during installation, please read the note below.
