using iphone 5 . In app purchases , unimited coins, skill points,  Loot Boxes Hack and something else not working on x32bit . any fix ?

If I remember correctly, we wanted to discontinue x32 completely, but you kept complaining. ;p

in app purchases not working for 64? I have tried?? I thought I might reinstall after deleting but idont wanna lose all my data? will it if I delete app and reinstall ipa file?

Yes it will.

 

You will need to use iMazing or iExplorer to backup your data first and then restore it after the install.
