Help/Support Theos asks for endless dependencies

10 posts in this topic

Question

I needed UIKit framework which I imported in makefile after which I downloaded the UIKit framework from Xcode's iPhone sim. Now Theos is asking me for foundation header. And if I try to remove the import statement it gives more errors. How do I solve this?

That's correct. You will need to clone theos on your Mac first then rsync it to your iDevice as there's no way to clone it straight to your iDevice unless the issue is fixed.

I had the same error as you, search that and you will find the solution and the rsync command. :)

You need to install theos properly with all the headers.

See this tutorial:

I did the rsync with recursive, time options... Now I tried to 'make package' again I got a different error this time...

linking tweak ... (armv7)

Ld: file not found /usr/lib/system/liblaunch.dylib for architecture armv7

clang-5.0: error: linker command failed with exit code 1

I am using Stashing for iOS 9.2-9.3.5, is this the reason for the error?

Are you sure you're just cloning it? Do you have dependencies installed?

Yeah, I did the cloning and yes I have the dependencies installed.

When I executed this:

apt-get install -y --force-yes org.theos.dependencies org.coolstar.iostoolchain git unzip ldid

It said 0 removed, 0 upgrade etc. So I'm sure that the dependencies are there. I don't what that error is about... How can symlinks be missing from that directory?

Hello everyone, I tried installing a tweak and I got an error, that there is no space and sub process error code (1)

I searched for it, and came across several posts with similar post. I applied what was suggested in those posts but then it seems situation got worse and I am now unable to even uninstall any tweak, let alone rectify the previous problem.

Any suggestion as to what should be done now ??

PS- I have more than a gb of space on my ipad. No unwanted or untrusted tweak is installed on my device.

Hi! so after a few weeks of not having my iphone 6 running IOS 11.0.2 i got it back and I jailbroke it using Electra ipa 1.0.4.
i went on Cydia and saw that I had over 16 updates and i decided to updated everyone but after that I started to see some sort of error with a yellow triangle saying:
Target Packages (Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list:8 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hbang:list1
Target Translations (sv_SE) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list:8 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hbang:list1
Target Translations (sv) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list:8 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hbang:list1
Target Translations (en) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list:8 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hbang:list1
I tried to install or tweaks or remove tweaks but nothing happens. I searched on the forum but i came up empty so i have no idea how to fix this. you can see the error in the screenshot below. any suggestions is appreciated.
