Oh, so for example I should first download original game and complete tutorial and delete install hacked version so after install I can continue with my game center acc ?

You can connect to ea account/facebook or twitter to keep your progress i don't think game center is an option

 

but why not just uncheck the hack till you finish the tutorial then enable the hack you don't even have to do any deleting

Game Center works for me. However, keep in mind the hack is outdated and game will force close(crash), upon opening. Waiting for update.
