Its because you need to get the Actual Filza tweak, not a 3rd party one. Then download Cracktools3 and open it. Tap on Filza and it should crack it. The. Launch filza and install the mod

Although there's another way i found on youtube, worked for me which was quicker.

Where when you get the "command  not found" basically then you have to allow manual root access through the same box and write the command for the directory of the file and click enter. That's it. I'll leave the link here.  and if you already have the root access just put in the link to the directory of the file when prompted sh-4.4#
