As for the NoJB version, I don't think you're reading the instructions properly. You only get that error if you are initially using the App from the app store instead of sideloading the cracked one.

As I said in my first post, I tried the tutorial you linked. I moved all the files, multiple times and nothing changed. And yes, I know you can remove electra with that, I've already done it a few times, but it's not worth it.
Certain jailbreak files  stay in the phone and they create a mess, for example last time I used it and jailbreak with electra again, my tweaks didn't work and I had to change the tweak inject folder and create a new one cause installing tweaks from cydia was useless cause they didn't work properly.

And no, I'm not that noob. I install the cracked ipa you suggest in your post to finish the tutorial and once I did that I try to sideload the ipa with the hack and it gave me that error. 
So yeah, I'm 100% sure I did everything you suggest and yet I'm not be able to get it working. I don't know what's the problem, really. Maybe is something you can't understand cause my English is not so great or maybe the problem does not have a solution you can think of. 
I think we can both move on at this point ?

The first you install and the 2nd you sideload?

You're supposed to sideload both, using the same Apple ID so they can be overwritten.

Okay, I'll try to explain everything in a simple way cause I think the problem is my English since It's not my first langue maybe you don't understand what I'm saying.

I made a mistake, I used the word "install" but I sideloaded both of the ipas.

I followed that tutorial. As I already said 3 times, it didn't work. I change the sticky number, move the files everything, but no luck.

Recap:
1) I use the guide step by step to make it work on electra jailbreak and nothing. 
2) I used delectra to restore my phone in order to use the sideload method and nothing.

I searched before asking for help and you're saying to me the exact two things I found myself  with my research in the forum. 
So if you don' t have another solution, instead of linking me the same tutorial on how to make it work on electra 3 times in a row, I must say I'm sorry for wasting your time and I'll go my way.

Just trying to help you make it work on your device. I'm on Electra too, and I'm unable to install it automatically so I just move the hack files into TweakInject and it works fine.
