Need to try..

 

I can login and it confirmed my account ingame, then the menu disappears and no matter how much fingers i tap i cant access any menu till i close the app and reopen it, then i login and same as before. Any sugesstions?

3 Finger tap should bring it up always. Unless you're doing something wrong.
