Help/Support Theos Make Error: Can't locate Logos/Util.pm in @INC

I got theos from a friend who preserved permissions, symlinks and all since cloning it was not working (reason) but upon running make package, this error comes up:

Can't locate Logos/Util.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Logos::Util module) (@INC contains: /private/var/theosnew/bin/lib /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.22.0/armv7-apple-darwin /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.22.0 /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.22.0/armv7-apple-darwin /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.22.0 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /var/theosnew/bin/logos.pl line 17.

I'm on iOS 9.3.3, iPad Air 2.

Already tried.

Was able to fix my theos by first cloning the GitHub repository to my Mac, then using rsync to copy over it to my iDevice.

Thanks to kirb for pointing out rsync!
