Yeah, Coolstar's repo is currently down. Wait a few days and maybe it'll be back up.

Not really. CoolStar was the main one who provided them. Maybe they've been copied on other repos but I don't know of any.

Needed to install theos for myself and Coolstar's repo was down but I found the required packages elsewhere.

 

Install iOS Toolchain, Darwin CC Tools and Git from the BigBoss repo and install 'perl' from iOSGods repo.
