That usually happens when the tweak.xm isn't properly done or when the SDK is executed wrong.

 

Did you extract the SDK using iFile?

the bad is that this is not working anymore   when i did fill this up on terminal its says illegal instructions 4.

The error you get is you doing something wrong. Are you running the command as Root?
