I’ve attempted to install the latest hack for LDOE with dpkg over ssh and it shows up in installed in Cydia but the game just crashes now. The hack and app are for the same version. Any ideas ?

a lot of hacks aren't working for iOS 11 right now, just wait for an update

you're out of luck, ios 11.1.2 is no longer being signed so you can't update to it anymore. the 32-bit apps you mentioned cannot be used at all on iOS 11.
