I have an ipa file on my computer, is there any way to install this to my device? I got appsync, but not sure how to install the ipa 

 

I tried using impactor but got a cpp:43 error saying "Failed to find matching arch for FAT input file"

after some searching apparently there is no fix for this error? Just gotta hope it gets updated?

This deb can be seen in cydia, however no reaction when I use.

Is that the common problem in ios11 jailbreak?

So I can’t get past the part where I sighn in to put Apple ID on impact or  it gives me an error  please sighn in with app specific password you can create one at Apple ID 

i have tried multiple accounts none seem too work
